3. Sports Does the bride or groom love or participate in a particular sport? If so this can be a fun wedding theme. You can use team colors, symbols of team gear or clothing for starters. Decorate the reception with posters and team colored flowers.
To choose a theme your best bet is to start with a subject you are passionate about then think creatively. Invite wedding party members over or out to dinner and let them help you brainstorm. It'll be a fun night and you'll be amazed at the ideas that result. After that you can begin to plan your themed wedding.
