Managing change within a business must be made in such a way that people involved in the change will be able to effectively cope up with it. Make sure that they agree with the change that is to be made or at least give them a chance to put forward their views in regards to the way that the change is going to be made, in a way they can get themselves involved to plan and implement the change. 3) Try to set the goals and measures that need to achieve them.

4) Try to get the full support and involvement of the people as quickly as possible.
